Thursday June 18th
3h30 PM- Social Ride in Copenhagen “Amager Loop”. A chance to spin the legs and meet fellow riders.
- Start Social Ride: Kliché Bryggens Cykel / Route: Strava
5h30 PM- Accreditation & Rider Briefing. Crew will provide race briefing and distribute the rider packages. We organize a casual gathering with snacks to get to know each other.

Sunday June 14th
First riders start arriving in Oslo throughout the day.

Every participant will be welcomed with cheers, photos and refreshments. We will be waiting at the finish line until every last rider rolls - all the way until the cut-off time.

You have 103 hours to complete the course from the moment of the grand depart (07:00 on Friday).
That means the final finish deadline is Tuesday, 23 June at 2:00 PM.

Taking the ferry is completely optional—you can arrange your own travel if you prefer.
Nordic Chase has a partnership with Go Nordic Cruiseline, giving you special cabin rates for the ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen on June 23rd. Booking a cabin with us means a cheaper rate, entry to our party on the boat, and the chance to securely bring your bicycle on the ferry.
Important: You must arrive in Oslo before 2 PM on June 23rd (Cut-Off Time) to ensure you don’t miss the ferry. This is your responsibility, and we cannot rebook your ticket to a different date.

Accommodation is not included in the registration. Riders need to arrange their own overnights (hotels, Airbnb’s, hostels or sheltered options).
You can also coordinate with fellow participants in the WhatsApp group to share accommodations.
TIP: for adventurous riders: a great resource for planning is Vindskyddskartan which offers a detailed map of hiking shelters across Sweden (and similar coverage in Norway). Also, wild camping is allowed in Sweden and Norway (check Allemansrätten).
Above prices are expressed in Danish Krones and include 25% Moms (Danish VAT).

In self-supported racing, riders complete the entire route without external assistance such as private support cars or friends handing over supplies. You carry your own gear, fix your own bike, and handle your food, water, and logistics independently using services available to all.

Yes, we track all riders via GPS (provided by trackers from FollowMyChallenge.com). Riders must follow the official route to be ranked.

Absolutely. All riders must obey local traffic laws. That includes stopping at red lights, using lights after dark, and riding safely and respectfully. Breaking traffic rules can lead to disqualification — safety always comes first.
