Please note that this is a preliminary schedule — the dates are confirmed, and full event details will be shared in the race manual, provided to all registered riders three weeks before the race.

  • Thursday August 13/08

    3h30 PM- Social Ride in Copenhagen. A chance to spin the legs and meet fellow riders.

    - Start Social Ride: Dampfærgevej 30, 2100 København

    5h30 PM- Accreditation & Rider Briefing. Crew will provide race briefing and distribute the rider packages. We organize a casual gathering with snacks to get to know each other.

  • Friday August 14th

    6h00 AM - Meet-Up at Start line (Coffee & Croissants provided)

    Our Media team will follow the route in two cars, capturing moments along the way.

  • Saturday August 15th

    First riders start arriving in Oslo throughout the day.

    Finish: Vippetangkaia, 0150 Oslo, Norway

    Every participant will be welcomed with cheers, photos and refreshments. We will be waiting at the finish line until every last rider rolls - all the way until the cut-off time.

  • You have 103 hours to complete the course from the moment of the grand depart (07:00 on Friday).

    That means the final finish deadline is Tuesday, 18 August at 2:00 PM.

  • Taking the ferry is completely optional—you can arrange your own travel if you prefer.

    The ferry departs where the finish location is of the race: Vippetangkaia, 0150 Oslo, Norway

    Nordic Chase has a partnership with Go Nordic Cruiseline, giving you special cabin rates for the ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen on August 18th. Booking a cabin with us means a cheaper rate, entry to our party on the boat, and the chance to securely bring your bicycle on the ferry.

    Important: You must arrive in Oslo before 2 PM on August 18th (Cut-Off Time) to ensure you don’t miss the ferry. This is your responsibility, and we cannot rebook your ticket to a different date.

    For those who join us on the ferry:

    • Departure Oslo: Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 at 4 pm

    • Collective dinner party on Ferry with the Nordic Chase participants

    • Arrival in Copenhagen: Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 at 10:00 AM

    Whether you want to relax, socialize, or ensure your bike travels safely, the ferry is a convenient and fun option!

Your Nordic Chase registration is the start of a journey that will test your limits.
Let’s chase it!

  • Standard: 2,250 DKK (~ 302 EUR)

    Early Bird: 1,950 DKK (~ 261 EUR)

    1. Participation and Official Manual with all the race details and the official GPX route

    2. Live GPS tracking on Follow My Challenge, including tracker rental

    3. Welcome pack with goods from our sponsors

    4. Entry to WhatsApp group chat to connect with the other participants

    5. Ferry ticket (Elsinore - Helsingborg)

    6. Pre-ride briefing on Thursday, August 13th (incl. drinks and snacks)

    7. Post-ride ceremony with drinks and food in Oslo

    8. Finisher Certificate

    9. Photos taken by our media team

    10. Bike box storage in Copenhagen

    11. Small bag transfer (max 30 litres / 10 kg) from the start line to the finish line - for you if you want to have your e.g. clothes in Oslo

  • Accommodation is not included in the registration. Riders need to arrange their own overnights (hotels, Airbnb’s, hostels or sheltered options).

    You can also coordinate with fellow participants in the WhatsApp group to share accommodations.

    TIP: for adventurous riders: a great resource for planning is Vindskyddskartan which offers a detailed map of hiking shelters across Sweden (and similar coverage in Norway). Also, wild camping is allowed in Sweden and Norway (check Allemansrätten).

Above prices are expressed in Danish Krones and include 25% Moms (Danish VAT).

Each edition is limited to 100 riders.

[ FAQ ]

  • In self-supported racing, riders complete the entire route without external assistance such as private support cars or friends handing over supplies. You carry your own gear, fix your own bike, and handle your food, water, and logistics independently using services available to all.

  • It's both. Some push for fast finish times, others take their time and enjoy the journey.

  • The event is independently organized by a passionate ultra-cyclist based in Copenhagen, see page.

  • Simple: the first rider to reach the finish line wins.

  • Yes, we track all riders via GPS (provided by trackers from FollowMyChallenge.com). Riders must follow the official route to be ranked.

  • Absolutely. All riders must obey local traffic laws. That includes stopping at red lights, using lights after dark, and riding safely and respectfully. Breaking traffic rules can lead to disqualification — safety always comes first.
